31：22至于我，我曾急促的说，我从你眼前被隔绝。然而我呼求你的时候，你仍听我恳求的声音。
For I said in my haste； I am cut off from before thine eyes： nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee。
31：23耶和华的圣民哪，你们都要爱他。耶和华保护诚实人，足足报应行事骄傲的人。
O love the LORD； all ye his saints： for the LORD preserveth the faithful； and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer。
31：24凡仰望耶和华的人，你们都要壮胆，坚固你们的心。
Be of good courage； and he shall strengthen your heart； all ye that hope in the LORD。

32：1（大卫的训诲诗）得赦免其过，遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的。
Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven； whose sin is covered。
32：2凡心里没有诡诈，耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的。
Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity； and in whose spirit there is no guile。
32：3我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼，而骨头枯乾。
When I kept silence； my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long。
32：4黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重。我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的乾旱。（细拉）
For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me： my moisture is turned into the drought of summer。 Selah。
32：5我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说，我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪。（细拉）
I acknowledged my sin unto thee； and mine iniquity have I not hid。 I said； I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD； and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin。 Selah。
32：6为此，凡虔诚人，都当趁你可寻梢的时候祷告你。大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。
For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found： surely in the floods of great waters they shall not e nigh unto him。
32：7你是我藏身之处。你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌，四面环绕我。（细拉）
Thou art my hiding place； thou shalt preserve me from trouble； thou shalt pass me about with songs of deliverance。 Selah。
32：8我要教导你，指示你当行的路。我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go： I will guide thee with mine eye。
32：9你不可像那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住他，不然，就不能顺服。
Be ye not as the horse； or as the mule； which have no understanding： whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle； lest they e near unto thee。
32：10恶人必多受苦楚。唯独倚靠耶和华的，必有慈爱四面环绕他。
Many sorrows shall be to the wicked： but he that trusteth in the LORD； mercy shall pass him about。
32：11你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐。你们心里正直的人，都当欢呼。
Be glad in the LORD； and rejoice； ye righteous： and shout for joy； all ye that are upright in heart。

33：1义人哪，你们应当靠耶和华欢乐。正直人的赞美是合宜的。
Rejoice in the LORD； O ye righteous： for praise is ely for the upright。
33：2你们应当弹琴称谢耶和华，用十弦瑟歌颂他。
Praise the LORD with harp： sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings。
33：3应当向他唱新歌，弹得巧妙，声音洪亮。
Sing unto him a new song； play skilfully with a loud noise。
33：4因为耶和华的言语正直。凡他所作的，尽都诚实。
For the word of the LORD is right； and all his works are done in truth。
33：5他喜爱仁义公平。遍地满了耶和华的慈爱。
He loveth righteousness and judgment： the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD。
33：6诸天藉耶和华的命而造，万象藉他口中的气而成。
By the word of the LORD were the heavens made； and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth。
33：7他聚集海水如垒，收藏深洋在库房。
He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap： he layeth up the depth in storehouses。
33：8愿全地都敬畏耶和华。愿世上的居民，都惧怕他。
Let all the earth fear the LORD： let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him。
33：9因为他说有，就有。命立，就立。
For he spake； and it was done； he manded； and it stood fast。
33：10耶和华使列国的寿算归于无有，使众民的思念无有功效。
The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought： he maketh the devices of the people of none effect。
33：11耶和华的寿算永远立定，他心中的思念万带常存。
The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever； the thoughts of his heart to all generations。
33：12以耶和华为神的，那国是有福的。他所拣选为自己产业的，那民是有福的。
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD； and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance。
33：13耶和华从天上观看。他看见一切的世人。
The LORD looketh from heaven； he beholdeth all the sons of men。
33：14从他的居所，往外察看地上的居民。
From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth。
33：15他是那造成他们众人心的，留意他们一切作为的。
He fashioneth their hearts alike； he considereth all their works。
33：16君王不能因兵多得胜。勇士不能因力大得救。
There is no king saved by the multitude of an host： a mighty man is not delivered by much strength。
33：17靠马得救是枉然的。马也不能因力大救人。
An horse is a vain thing for safety： neither shall he deliver any by his great strength。
33：18耶和华的眼目，看顾敬畏他的人，和仰望他慈爱的人，
Behold； the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him； upon them that hope in his mercy；
33：19要救他们的命脱离死亡，并使他们在饥荒中存活。
To deliver their soul from death； and to keep them alive in famine。
33：20我们的心向来等候耶和华。他是我们的帮助，我们的盾牌。
Our soul waiteth for the LORD： he is our help and our shield。
33：21我们的心必靠他欢喜，因为我们向来倚靠他的圣名。
For our heart shall rejoice in him； because we have trusted in his holy name。
33：22耶和华阿，求你照着我们所仰望你的，向我们施行慈爱。
Let thy mercy； O LORD； be upon us； according as we hope in thee。

34：1我要时时称颂耶和华。赞美他的话必常在我口中。
I will bless the LORD at all times： his praise shall continually be in my mouth。
34：2我的心必因耶和华夸耀。谦卑人听见，就要喜乐。
My soul shall make her boast in the LORD： the humble shall hear thereof； and be glad。
34：3你们和我当称耶和华为大，一同高举他的名。
O magnify the LORD with me； and let us exalt his name together。
34：4我曾寻求耶和华，他就应允我，救我脱离了一切的恐惧。
I sought the LORD； and he heard me； and delivered me from all my fears。
